Mogadishu (MFA Somalia) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, received on Saturday, at his office in the Ministry, in the capital Mogadishu, Mr. Elkhidir Daloum, the Representative and Country Director of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in Somalia.

The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation in alignment with Somalia’s national priorities, particularly in the areas of humanitarian response, food security, and sustainable development.

Both sides discussed ways to strengthen joint efforts aimed at addressing the needs of vulnerable communities and supporting resilience-building programs across the country.
