Mogadishu (MFA Somalia) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Dr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, and the Prime Minister, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, honored the organizing committee, government officials, and personnel in recognition of their contributions to the successful organizing of the National Independence Week celebrations.

During the ceremony, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Abdisalam Ali (Dhaay), received a Certificate of Recognition on behalf of the Ministry from the President and the Prime Minister in appreciation of the Ministry???s professionalism, dedicated service, and contribution to advancing and defending Somalia???s national interests.

Certificates of Recognition were also presented to a number of government officials for their outstanding service and contributions to the national celebrations.
