Addis Ababa (MFA Somalia) – H.E. Abdisalam Ali, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held bilateral discussions with the Central African Republic’s H.E. Sylvie Baipo Temon, Minister of Foreign Affairs, during the AU’s 49th Executive Council.

The two ministers discussed deepening cooperation on African Union priorities, regional peace and development partnerships. H.E. Sylvie Baipo Temon reiterated the Central African Republic’s unwavering support for Somalia’s sovereignty, unity, territorial integrity and political independence, affirming the importance of upholding these principles as fundamental to regional stability and the rules-based international order.
