Baghdad, (MFA Somalia) –  The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, met the Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), H.E. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, on the sidelines of the 52nd Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers. The Secretary-General reaffirmed the OIC’s steadfast support for the unity of Somalia’s territory.
The two sides reviewed Somalia’s relations with the OIC and ways to deepen cooperation. Minister Abdisalam commended the Organisation’s role in strengthening solidarity among Islamic nations
