Mogadishu (MFA Somalia) – H.E. Hassan Mohamed Ali (Nadaara), Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, today received at the Ministry’s Headquarters the credentials of Dr. Humphrey Karamagi, the newly appointed Representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Somalia.
The Deputy Minister welcomed Dr. Karamagi and wished him success in his assignment. The two sides discussed WHO’s continued support for Somalia’s health initiatives, including strengthening the national health system and expanding access to essential services, and reaffirmed their commitment to close cooperation in advancing national health priorities in Somalia..
