Mogadishu (MFA Somalia) – H.E. Kamal Guutaale, Permanent Secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister, today co-chaired, alongside H.E. Hamza Adan Haadow, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, a meeting of Director Generals from Federal Government ministries at the Ministry???s headquarters to strengthen inter-ministerial coordination. H.E. Hamza Adan Haadow welcomed the Director Generals and underscored the importance of closer collaboration across government institutions.

During the meeting, H.E. Mohamed Fatir, Director General of the East Africa Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, delivered a presentation on diplomatic protocol, highlighting the Ministry???s mandate to coordinate Somalia???s external relations and the importance of observing established diplomatic procedures in engagements with foreign governments and international partners. The Director Generals of all ministries present welcomed the presentation and reaffirmed their commitment to adhering to these protocols in the conduct of official government business.
