FM Ambassador Ahmed Moalim Fiqi participated in the inauguration of the Council of Arab League Ambassadors in Somalia today, alongside several Arab League ambassadors.

He expressed his appreciation to Ambassador Abdullah Al-Otaibi, Head of the Arab League Mission in Somalia, for leading this initiative. Fiqi highlighted the significance of the council in strengthening the ties between Arab diplomatic missions and enhancing Somali-Arab cooperation.

Fiqi also stressed the importance of Arab unity, praising the Arab League’s consistent support for Somalia, particularly in addressing Ethiopia’s violations of Somali territorial integrity.

He reaffirmed Somalia’s dedication to promoting deeper Arab integration and unity.
