FM Ambassador Ahmed Moalim Fiqi participated in the official launch of the National Transformation Plan (NTP) 2025-2029, presided over by H.E. Dr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, President of the Federal Republic of Somalia. The event was also attended by H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, Prime Minister of Somalia, H.E. Salah Ahmed Jama, Deputy Prime Minister, and the entire Somali Cabinet.
This significant event brought together senior government officials and international partners, highlighting a unified commitment to advancing Somalia’s development agenda. The NTP outlines key goals aimed at driving economic growth, improving governance, and strengthening Somalia’s global standing.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirms its dedication to these objectives by fostering diplomatic ties and securing partnerships that will support the successful realization of the NTP’s vision.
Through close collaboration with both domestic and international stakeholders, Somalia is on track to achieve the transformative changes outlined in the NTP 2025-2029, paving the way for a brighter future.
