Djibouti City, (MFA Somalia) – H.E. Abdisalam Ali, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, joined his counterparts from IGAD Member States on the margins of the 74th Extraordinary Session of the IGAD Council of Ministers for a tour of the Authority’s new Headquarters under construction in Djibouti City. The Ministers were briefed on the progress of the project and welcomed it as a visible expression of IGAD’s institutional consolidation under the IGAD Treaty.
