Internship Opportunity: Graphic Designers
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Federal Republic of Somalia is offering three (3) internship positions for skilled and creative Graphic Designers.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 9 months
- Application Deadline: 31 March, 2025
- Selection Process: Candidates must pass an internship exam before beginning the program.
- Internship Agreement: Successful candidates will be required to sign a non-paid internship agreement with the HR Department after passing the exam.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (Motion Graphics, Trim Path Animation, and motion design)
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Ability to create high-quality digital and print media content
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Design Experience:
Candidates should have experience in designing and producing:
- Branding materials ??? logos, stickers, official seals, and corporate identity elements
- Promotional content ??? animated and static banners, social media graphics, and advertising visuals
- Print materials ??? magazines, brochures, posters, certificates, and commemorative items
- Custom designs ??? shields, awards, gift items, and other high-quality visual assets
Eligibility Criteria:
- A graduate or final-year student in Multimedia, Mass Communication, IT, or any other related field
- Prior experience in motion graphics and multimedia design is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
