Doha, (MFA Somalia) – H.E. Abdisalam Ali Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, held a separate meeting at the Qatar Leadership Centre on the establishment of the National Leadership Academy of Somalia. A Memorandum of Understanding is expected to be signed shortly.
The Minister was joined by H.E. Kamal Dahir Gutale, Permanent Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister, and Dr. Ahmednur Uleex, Senior Advisor to the Prime Minister. The meeting was held on the margins of the official visit to the State of Qatar led by H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, and forms part of Somalia’s national transformation agenda and its effort to strengthen institutional capacity and leadership development.
