Mogadishu (MFA Somalia) – H.E. Hassan Mohamed Ali (Nadaara), Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, today launched the Ministry’s Five-Year Strategic Plan 2026–2030, an initiative led by Mr. Jibril Afyare, Director of Planning, Research and Development. The Plan sets the direction and priorities of the Ministry for the next five years, placing diplomacy at the centre of safeguarding Somalia’s sovereignty and national interests, strengthening peace and security, and advancing economic growth through international cooperation.
