The Federal Republic of Somalia strongly condemns the provocative statements made by the Israeli Prime Minister regarding the establishment of a Palestinian state on the territory of the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as these statements represent a clear violation of international law and the principles outlined in the United Nations Charter. In this regard, Somalia reaffirms its unwavering solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and reiterates its commitment to upholding the principles of sovereignty, stability, and respect for international legitimacy.

The Federal Republic of Somalia affirms its steadfast support for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, particularly their right to establish an independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital, in line with international resolutions. Somalia categorically rejects any proposals or actions aimed at forcibly displacing the Palestinian people from their homeland, as such practices constitute a grave violation of international humanitarian law and undermine the prospects for a just and sustainable peace in the region.
