Mogadishu (MFA Somalia)- The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Isaak Mohamud Mursal, received the credentials of Ms. Sandra Lattouf, the new UNICEF Representative to Somalia, on Thursday at his office in the Ministry in Mogadishu.
The Deputy Minister expressed hope for Ms. Lattouf’s successful tenure in Somalia, noting that her leadership is expected to further strengthen UNICEF’s partnership with the government.
The Federal Government of Somalia and UNICEF remain committed to strengthening their collaboration to implement sustainable solutions aimed at improving community resilience and fostering long-term development.
