Tripoli (MFA Somalia) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Amb. Ahmed Moallim Fiqi Ahmed, held a meeting in Tripoli with H.E. Mr. Taher Salem Al-Baour, Minister in charge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the brotherly State of Libya, during an official working visit to the country.

During the meeting, both sides underscored strategies to strengthen cooperation between the Federal Republic of Somalia and the State of Libya, with an emphasis on advancing bilateral relations to promote mutual interests. They highlighted the importance of enhanced coordination and consultation in regional and international forums and exchanged perspectives on developments and challenges in the Arab world and Africa.
