Baku (MFA Somalia) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, held a productive meeting on Thursday in Baku with Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Jeyhun Bayramov.
The discussions focused on advancing bilateral relations and exploring opportunities for enhanced cooperation in trade, agriculture, energy, education, and security. Both sides also underscored the importance of continued coordination within multilateral frameworks, including the United Nations, the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
The meeting reflected the strong diplomatic momentum between the two countries and reaffirmed their commitment to a brotherly and mutually beneficial partnership.
