Mogadishu (MFA Somalia) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Somalia, H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, held a telephone conversation on Sunday with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, to discuss the situation concerning Somalia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

During the call, Senator Ishaq Dar reaffirmed Pakistan’s full support for Somalia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and strongly condemned any actions aimed at undermining Somalia’s unity and stability.

On his side, Minister Abdisalam expressed his appreciation for Pakistan’s continued and sustained support for Somalia, and thanked the Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister for standing firmly by Somalia.
