Mogadishu (MFA Somalia) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, received on Wednesday at his office in the Ministry in Mogadishu, the Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan to the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Mr. Abdulrahman Khalil Ahmed Abakr Afandi, for a courtesy call, and discussed with him ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and expand cooperation in key areas of mutual interest.The two sides also discussed the evolving situation in Sudan, stressing the utmost importance of stability and the need for sustained regional and international support to promote regional peace and security.
