Mogadishu (MFA Somalia) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Amb. Ahmed Moallim Fiqi , received on Wednesday in the capital Mogadishu a delegation from the United Nations Security Council Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate (CTED).
This visit marks part of the CTED delegation’s ongoing assessment mission to Somalia, which runs from February 2 to 6.
The meeting focused on key issues related to counter-terrorism efforts, security, and stability with the attendance of Raisedon Zenenga, the UN Deputy Special Representative representing the United Nations Transitional Assistance Mission in Somalia (UNTMIS).
