Mogadishu (MFA Somalia) – The State Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Ali Mohamed Omar, received on Wednesday in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, a copy of the credentials of H.E. Henk Jan Bakker, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Federal Republic of Somalia.
During the receptance, Hon. Ali Omar welcomed the Dutch ambassador, wished him success in his mission, and emphasized the importance of strengthening collaboration and promoting shared interests.
On his side, H.E. Henk Jan Bakker expressed pride in representing the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Somalia, and reaffirmed his commitment to fostering ties and advancing cooperation between the two friendly countries to benefit both nations.
