New York (MFA Somalia) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Amb. Ahmed Moallim Fiqi Ahmed, met on Tuesday in New York with H.E. Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on the sidelines of his participation in the high-level open debate at the Security Council on the practice of multilateralism, reform and improvement of global governance, and discussed with him ways to deepen bilateral relations and enhance cooperation between the two countries.
During their meeting, they explored opportunities to strengthen cooperation in various sectors and build a more robust partnership between the two countries while sharing perspectives on the evolving regional landscape and considering approaches to advancing peace and stability through coordinated actions.
