Doha, Qatar, (MFA Somalia) –  On the sidelines of the Global Security Forum in Doha, State Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation H.E. Ali Mohamed Omar met Spain’s Secretary of State for Foreign and Global Affairs, H.E. Diego Martínez Belío, to chart the next phase of bilateral cooperation, with fisheries at the centre of the discussion.
The two officials agreed to explore formal political consultations in Mogadishu or Madrid, giving the relationship a regular channel for dialogue as Somalia continues to widen its partnerships across Europe.
