Mogadishu (MFA Somalia) –  For the first time, Somalia is hosting the Mid-Term Review of the Second Session of the Uganda–Somalia Joint Permanent Commission (JPC), alongside an Investment and Business Forum and Joint Exhibition.
Opened by Foreign Minister H.E. Abdisalam Ali , the two-day engagements focus on security, trade, investment, tourism and labour. Labour Ministers H.E. Prof. Salim Caliyow Ibrow of Somalia and Lt. Gen. (Rtd.) Henry Tumukunde of Uganda also attended.
The aim is to turn shared priorities into investment and practical gains for both nations.
