Tripoli, (MFA Somalia) –  H.E. Abdisalam Ali, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, has arrived in Tripoli for the Executive Council of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD), opening on Saturday. The Ministers will chart the Community’s restructuring ahead of its next leaders’ summit.
