On Thursday, 28 November 2024, Ambassador H.E. Mohamed Ali-Nur Hagi, Somalia’s Ambassador to France and Permanent Representative to UNESCO, officially presented his credentials to the Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
This prestigious appointment underscores Somalia’s commitment to strengthening its collaboration with UNESCO, fostering partnerships in education, science, culture, and communication. Ambassador H.E. Mohamed Ali-Nur Hagi’s leadership will play a pivotal role in representing Somalia’s interests and advancing shared global objectives in these critical sectors.
